IHSA Class 3A State Runner-up
Congratulations to your Lincoln Community High School Railsplitter boys basketball team for giving us a record-breaking season and bringing home the IHSA Class 3A State Runner-up trophy.
In their final game of the 2013-2014 season, your Railsplitters took a tough 59-49 loss to defending state champion Chicago Morgan Park at the Peoria Civic Center to finish the season with a 34-3 record for the most wins in a season in school history.
Open to any boy or girl entering grades 1st through 10th for the 2014-2015 school year, our 5-day basketball camp beginning June 11th will feature instruction in all the basic fundamentals of basketball.
While all games will be conducted by grade levels, our camp allows players who have developed higher skills the opportunity to move up to a higher level and compete.
For any boy or girl entering 3rd grade through high school for the 2014-2015 school year, the Railsplitter Basketball Camp features instruction on the offensive skills of shooting, passing, and ball handling in a non-competitve environment focused on repetition.
